This policy describes how MyElevateApps handles information when you use Elevate at notrade.myelevateapps.com, including Wealth Management, Asset Collector and Analyzer, Capital features, supported broker integrations, and the Elevate Wealth Bank Connector for Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

1. Information we process

Not every category is collected for every user. Elevate is not intended to sell personal information or use imported financial information for third-party advertising or unrelated behavioural profiling.

2. How information is used

Elevate uses information to provide the features you request, including account access, broker connection, portfolio display, wealth tracking, asset collection, financial calculations, reconciliation, history and reporting. Information may also be used to maintain reliability, investigate errors, protect accounts, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, enforce service rules, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Financial calculations and imported information depend on their sources and the applicable calculation logic. They are not a guarantee of accuracy or a substitute for statements from your bank or broker.

3. Registration, sign-in and account status

Elevate may process account identifiers and registration details such as your user ID, name, email address and mobile number. If you use Google sign-in, Google processes authentication under its own terms and privacy policy; Elevate receives information made available through the configured sign-in flow.

If credits or account entitlements are used, Elevate may process balances, grants, deductions, top-ups, transaction references and account status to administer access. If a payment or top-up feature is available, the payment provider shown in that flow may separately process transaction information under its own privacy terms.

Protect your Elevate sign-in method, email account, devices and browser profiles. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or private keys to support.

4. Broker connections: Zerodha and ICICI Direct

When you connect a supported broker, Elevate may process broker identifiers, connection configuration or authentication/session tokens, connection status, positions, orders, holdings and profit/loss information made available through that integration. Broker authentication and API use are also subject to the broker's own terms and security requirements.

Broker-originated information may be cached or retained to provide portfolio and history features. Disconnecting a broker may stop future access but does not necessarily delete information already saved in Elevate. Use available account controls or contact support for disconnection or deletion requests.

5. Wealth Management, Capital and asset records

Depending on the features you use, Elevate may store information you enter or import, such as asset names and categories, accounts, balances, units, cost values, current valuations, liabilities, profit/loss, portfolio history and related calculations. Sources may include a broker, bank connector, account statement, CAS document or other supported import.

Review imported information for accuracy before saving it to your records. Wealth and Capital features use the information available to provide calculations, allocations, reconciliation and reports; verify important figures with the relevant financial institution.

6. Elevate Wealth Bank Connector

The Elevate Wealth Bank Connector is a browser extension for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge that helps import supported values from bank pages you select. When you choose a supported bank and initiate a refresh, the connector may read displayed savings/current-account balances, deposit totals or details, supported investment or mutual-fund values, supported credit-card liabilities, and connector or refresh metadata.

User initiated: bank-page collection is triggered by your explicit refresh action. The connector is not intended to continuously collect financial-account values in the background.

You sign in directly on your bank's website. Elevate does not ask you to enter bank passwords, PINs, OTPs or CVVs into the website or connector. The connector sends supported account values and refresh metadata to Elevate over HTTPS; credential and session-secret fields are not accepted as connector data.

Connector pairing uses an account-specific token. Refresh results are staged in an editable collector draft. Your saved Wealth snapshot is updated only when you choose Save Reviewed Assets. Removing the extension prevents its future use in that browser, but does not by itself delete information already saved in your Elevate account.

7. Cookies, browser storage and similar technologies

Elevate may use cookies, browser storage, session mechanisms and similar technologies to authenticate users, maintain sessions, remember preferences or connector pairing, and support service security and functionality. The browser and website may store information needed for the feature you choose. You can manage browser cookies and extension permissions in your browser settings; changing these settings may affect sign-in or connected features.

8. Sharing and third-party services

MyElevateApps does not sell imported financial information. Information may be processed by service providers that support Elevate, such as hosting, infrastructure, security, authentication, email or support providers, where those services are used to operate the feature you request.

Banks, brokers, Google, Microsoft and browser-store services may process information independently under their own privacy terms when you use their websites, sign-in services, integrations or distribution platforms. MyElevateApps does not control their independent privacy practices. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or valid legal process, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

9. Security

MyElevateApps uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect account, connector and financial information, including access controls and secure transport where applicable. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your devices, browser profiles, Elevate account and bank sessions, and disconnect connections you no longer use.

Do not send bank passwords, PINs, OTPs, CVVs, broker secrets or connector tokens in support requests. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support promptly.

10. Retention and deletion

Different information may be retained for different periods. Elevate retains information for as long as reasonably needed to provide your account and requested features, maintain saved wealth records and history, protect the service, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention may depend on the record type, account status, security needs and applicable law; this policy does not promise immediate removal from backups or third-party systems.

You may request deletion. Requests are assessed under applicable law and legitimate security, legal, fraud-prevention, accounting or dispute-retention requirements. Some information may remain in protected backups until those backups expire under the applicable retention process.

11. Your choices and privacy requests

To protect your account, Elevate may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request. Contact details are provided in Section 18. Do not include passwords, PINs, OTPs, CVVs, bank session tokens or private API secrets in a request.

12. International processing

Elevate and its service providers may process or store information in the locations where the service and those providers operate. Where information is transferred across borders, applicable legal safeguards and requirements apply. Contact us if you have questions about processing related to your account.

13. Children's privacy

Elevate is intended for people legally permitted to use the service and the financial accounts they connect. It is not designed to knowingly collect children's financial-account information independently of an authorized account holder. If you believe information has been collected inappropriately, contact us so it can be reviewed.

14. Security incidents

MyElevateApps assesses suspected security incidents and takes steps appropriate to the circumstances. If notice to users, providers, regulators or other parties is required by applicable law, that notice will be provided as required.

15. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Elevate features, connector behaviour, data practices, service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when a revised version is published. Material changes will be communicated where required.
