Beta / User Acceptance Testing Notice

MyElevateApps · Elevate · Effective 31 August 2026
BETA / UAT VERSION

1. Current product status

Elevate is currently provided as a controlled Beta / User Acceptance Testing (UAT) version. The public website at https://notrade.myelevateapps.com is reachable on the internet, but application access is restricted to approved users and registration requests remain subject to administrator approval.

2. Purpose of the UAT release

The purpose of this deployment is to validate application behaviour, usability, calculations, integrations, access controls and operational reliability with approved testers before broader production use. Test feedback may result in changes to screens, workflows, calculations, limits, integrations or availability.

3. Financial and trading information

Independent verification required. Test users must independently verify material financial information, calculations, broker data, bank-imported values and order details. Elevate must not be used as the sole basis for an investment, trading or financial decision.

Nothing in the UAT status changes the separate Trading Disclaimer. Market data and third-party integrations may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Where live-order access is enabled for an approved user level, the user remains responsible for reviewing and explicitly authorizing the final order.

4. Availability and changes

Because this is an evaluation version, features may be corrected, changed, added, removed or temporarily unavailable without the service-level commitments normally associated with a mature production release. Maintenance, testing and third-party service changes may also affect availability.

5. Approved testers and test components

Access credentials and any separately supplied test component are intended only for the approved tester. They must not be shared, resold or redistributed without permission. Testers should use only accounts and data that they are authorized to access and must never send passwords, PINs, OTPs, CVVs, private keys or other authentication secrets to MyElevateApps.

6. Privacy and feedback

The separate Privacy Policy continues to apply during UAT. Test feedback may include descriptions of errors, workflow observations, screenshots or diagnostic information voluntarily supplied by the tester. Testers should remove unnecessary personal or authentication information before sharing feedback.

7. Acceptance through Terms

The Beta/UAT conditions are incorporated into the current Terms & Conditions. Registration does not add a fourth acceptance item: the existing Terms acceptance covers this Beta/UAT status, while the separate Disclaimer and User Level Privileges acknowledgements remain unchanged.

8. End of Beta / UAT

This notice will be revised or removed when MyElevateApps determines that the applicable Elevate release has moved from controlled Beta/UAT into its intended production status.
